  • Art Journalling

Taught once a month, on the 2nd Saturday of the month; membership required. Give your child space to create, reflect, and grow! In this hands-on monthly workshop, young artists discover the transformative world of art journaling as a dynamic outlet for self-expression, emotional regulation, and deep art appreciation. Each session introduces creative techniques—from expressive color mixing and intuitive mark-making to textured layering and visual storytelling. Rather than focusing on a "perfect" final product, students learn how to use art as a personal tool to process feelings, explore big thoughts, and build confidence in their unique artistic voice. Through interactive prompts, independent exploration, and exposure to diverse artistic styles, kids gain both technical art skills and valuable mindfulness strategies they can carry into everyday life.

  • Art Journaling

Taught every 2nd Saturday of the month; membership required. Art isn’t just about the finished piece—it’s about the journey of making it and the perspective you gain along the way. Designed for adults of all experience levels, this monthly workshop series invites you to step away from traditional rules and step into a space of intuitive self-expression. Rather than focusing on technical precision or formal "art education," this course centers on art appreciation—helping you cultivate a deeper relationship with your own creative voice and the mediums you use. Through mixed-media explorations—combining fluid paints, rich textures, collage, and expressive lettering—you will learn to use art as a personal mirror. Discover how to break the fear of the blank page, embrace creative play without judgment, and build a meaningful visual journal that is uniquely yours.
